In the event that any provision of the Terms and Conditions of Use is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the section or sections determined to be invalid shall be considered stricken from the Terms and Conditions of Use and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
